If you pay for one licence and install elsewhere you will need a second licence, If you want the software moved from one location to another,we can do this but may require an extra fee of upto 50% of the cost of a licence subject to the situation and entirely up to us on the fee (if any is required at all) that is to be charged, but the original licence will be terminated and the original software installation will cease to work. This is to stop people trying to share a licence and the software. This software is for ONE PC or Laptop only. You are paying for the software and its use on ONE PC or Laptop and you or us to activate and install the software ONCE.

Note as the software is database driven you will need Microsoft Office installed which most of you will have. The part of office we use is Access but you will not need any database skills or to even open the database, Video Form Book does it all automatically. If you havent got Microsoft Office then please install it. No one has ever asked for a refund but Video Form Book will not offer refunds, Once the Software is bought it is yours and will do exactly what it says.
