Using the Video Form Book is simplicity itself. The importing of data is included and satisfies the use of the Data with the sites to adhere to their terms and conditions. You can in future manually write the results and racecards into the software and database and lets be fair. Writing 72 lines of form for one meeting takes minutes, so this will never be redundant and comes automatically downloading the data you need wether racecards or results.

That said as long as you dont take the michael with the websites you should be fine and the automatic downloading will be fine as it complies with the sites terms. You are only "Viewing" one page at a time like everyone else and the software automatically saves a copy of all data read and stores 1 copy which complies with terms and conditions.
